    • date and time of purchase
    • which product you were buying
    • the amount we need to refund
    • the IBAN for the refund
  3. We refund to your IBAN. We resolve complaints within 48 hours — usually much faster.

The 0800 number is free from Croatian networks. From a foreign mobile number the call may not connect — in that case use the form or email [email protected].
