What can Printbox do?
- Print A4 documents in colour or black-and-white
- Top laser quality — colour at the same price as black-and-white, good enough for invitations, greeting cards, presentations and photos (ideas for what to print)
- From your phone — send the document to your Printbox account with the Printbox app, on the web or by email (how to print from your phone)
- USB — print from a USB stick, no registration needed
How to use it
- Bring your document on USB or send it from your phone or computer to your Printbox account (app, web or email)
- Walk up to the Printbox kiosk inside Vendo
- Choose “registered” or “unregistered user”
- Select the document, copies, colour
- Pay — by card, NFC, or with credits
- Wait a moment, take your prints
Pricing
Printbox uses a credit system. Price per page depends on how much you top up in one go — larger top-ups, bigger discount. The current price list is shown on the kiosk and at printbox.net.
1 credit = 1 A4 page, colour or black-and-white at the same price; double-sided is 2 credits. According to the Printbox price list in September 2026 a credit is €0.65 for top-ups up to €6, and €0.40, €0.30 or €0.15 for larger top-ups.
