Colour printing 24/7: invitations, greeting cards, presentations and photos
Printbox isn't just for contracts and boarding passes. It prints in colour, in laser quality, at the same price — including things that need to look good.
Most people think of Printbox for documents. But its biggest advantage is something else: it prints in top laser quality in colour, at the same price as black-and-white. So it's worth printing things that need to look good, too.
We printed our own birthday invitations on it. They came out great.
What you can print in colour
- Invitations for birthdays, kids' parties, christenings, parties or anniversaries.
- Greeting cards for birthdays, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's and Father's Day.
- Infographics and posters in A4, for school, work or a club.
- Presentations and meeting handouts, with charts and your logo in colour.
- Notices for your building: residents' meeting, repair works, cleaning rota.
- Photos in A4 format, as a keepsake, a gift or for a school project.
- Menus, price lists and flyers for a small business, café or event.
- Signs and labels: "Out of order", "Closed", a name for the door, jar labels.
- Colouring pages and worksheets for kids.
- Plans and schedules: seating plan, travel plan, shift rota.
- Gift vouchers for a last-minute present.
Tips for invitations and cards
- Several per sheet. Put two or four invitations on one A4 page (e.g. in Canva or Word), print and cut.
- Leave a margin of at least 5 mm so nothing important gets cut off.
- Save as PDF so fonts and colours stay as they look on screen.
- Print one test copy before the whole batch.
How
- Save the document as a PDF.
- Copy it to a USB stick or upload it to your Printbox account online (printbox.net). Printing from USB needs no registration.
- Walk up to the Printbox kiosk inside Vendo, pick the document, number of copies and colour.
- Pay by card or phone (NFC) and take your prints.
The price per page is shown on the kiosk and at printbox.net. More about the kiosk on the Printbox page.
Last-minute invitations at 1am? No problem. Printbox runs 24/7, with an espresso from €0.90 next to it.
