Is Vendo really open 24/7?
Yes. Every day, all day, including Sundays, public holidays, and Christmas. The machines run non-stop. If one machine is temporarily down, the others are usually available — let us know if you notice an issue.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, contactless payment, and Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay. Cash (euros) also works.
Which euro coins do the machines accept?
The machines accept coins of 10 cents and above (10c, 20c, 50c, €1, €2). 1c, 2c, and 5c coins are not accepted. All EUR banknotes are accepted.
What if a machine doesn't dispense after I paid?
Reach out immediately via the contact page with the transaction time and a description of the problem. We resolve complaints within 48 hours — usually much faster.
Do you sell alcohol or cigarettes?
No. Vendo sells food, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, snacks, and similar. Due to age verification and regulation, we don't sell alcohol, tobacco products, or e-cigarettes.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?
Yes. Send us the transaction details (time, amount, part of the fiscal receipt) and your company info via contact — we'll issue a VAT invoice.
What is Printbox?
Printbox is a self-service kiosk for printing, copying, and scanning A4 documents. It's located inside Vendo, available 24/7. More on the Printbox page.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, paid parking zones. The nearest public car park is within walking distance. More on the Locations page.
