Where to print a boarding pass in Zagreb — and other travel documents, 24/7
Your phone is great — until it isn't. Here's where to print a boarding pass and other travel papers in central Zagreb, even at 4am.
Battery at 2%. The airline app won't load. Reception wants it "on paper". That's when you need a printer, and it's usually exactly when every copy shop is closed.
Vendo, in central Zagreb, has a self-service Printbox kiosk that runs 24/7, every day, including Sundays and public holidays. It prints A4 documents in top laser quality, colour or black-and-white.
What travellers usually need to print
- Boarding pass, in case your phone dies or your carrier asks for a paper copy.
- Hotel or apartment booking and check-in forms. Some places ask for a signed form or a printed confirmation on arrival.
- Car rental voucher and proof of paid insurance.
- Tour and excursion tickets: national parks, organised tours, transfers to the coast.
- Concert and match tickets, when the organiser wants paper or you'd rather not rely on your battery.
- Travel insurance policy with the emergency number. On paper it works even when your phone doesn't.
- Border documents if you're travelling on outside the EU: visa confirmation, return ticket, accommodation proof, invitation letter.
- Copies of your documents: a copy of your passport or ID to keep separately from the original.
How to print from your phone
- Save the document as a PDF.
- Copy it to a USB stick or upload it to your Printbox account online (printbox.net). Printing from USB needs no registration.
- Walk up to the Printbox kiosk inside Vendo, pick the document, number of copies and colour.
- Pay by card or phone (NFC) and take your prints.
The price per page is shown on the kiosk and at printbox.net. More about the kiosk on the Printbox page.
